ab11 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ab11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ab11 website located at ab11.org, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional programmes, and any other features or content made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on ab11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ab11 platform.

ab11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of ab11 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be interpreted under their plain English meaning. Where any ambiguity exists, ab11's reasonable interpretation shall prevail. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published separately on the platform.

To register and maintain an active account on ab11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ab11 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity. 18+
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the ab11 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, payment method, or email address used.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are obligated to notify ab11 of any changes to your registered information.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order from ab11 or any other gaming platform to which ab11 may be party to a shared exclusion register.
• Not acting on behalf of a third party: You must be registering and playing exclusively for your own personal entertainment and on your own behalf. Acting as an agent or using the platform on behalf of another person is prohibited.

ab11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including NID (National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence — to confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ab11 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

As a registered player on ab11, you are solely responsible for the security and activity of your account. Your obligations include but are not limited to the following:

• Password security: You must keep your ab11 login password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ab11 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify ab11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Account activity responsibility: All activity that occurs on your account — including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all bonuses claimed — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated the action.
• Device security: You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access ab11 is adequately protected against malware, keyloggers, and other security threats. ab11 is not liable for losses arising from a compromised device.
• Accurate contact details: You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and Bangladesh mobile number on your account. These are used for security verification, withdrawal processing, and important account communications.
• Compliance with these Terms: You must comply with all provisions of these Terms at all times. Breach of any provision may result in account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of funds as deemed appropriate by ab11.

ab11 may require players to undergo enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures at any time, including providing source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. This is standard practice for responsible platform operation and is not negotiable.

All financial transactions on ab11 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not supported.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for card payments (Visa, Mastercard).
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ab11 account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits require a minimum of ৳1,000 and may take between 1 and 3 hours to be credited during standard business hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.
• ab11 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., mobile operator transaction charges) are your own responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold are not processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ab11 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals of ৳10,000 or above require successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of your NID or passport along with a recent bKash or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC within 7 calendar days of the withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to your ab11 balance.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of your account verification status.
• ab11 reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the standard processing time. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to additional review.

ab11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual offer's terms.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–25%). • Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not satisfied wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bet limits during bonus play: When bonus funds are active in your account, individual bets must not exceed ৳500 per round or spin (or the lower of ৳500 and 10% of the bonus amount). Bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.
• Seasonal and reload promotions: ab11 offers periodic reload bonuses, free spins packages, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and Victory Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer.
• ab11's discretion: ab11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. ab11 also reserves the right to exclude individual players from any promotional programme if it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

ab11 provides access to games developed and supplied by independent third-party software providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates under its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generation (RNG): All slot games, table games, and virtual games available on ab11 use certified RNG technology embedded within the provider's game software. This ensures that each game outcome is entirely random, statistically independent, and incapable of manipulation by ab11 or the player. RNG systems are periodically audited and certified by the respective game providers' compliance teams.

Physical game outcomes (card deals, roulette spins, dice rolls) are captured via multiple cameras and are beyond the control of ab11. Sports Betting: Sports betting markets and odds on ab11 are set by the platform's odds-compilation process and reflect fair market value. ab11 reserves the right to void any sports bet where:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before reaching the required completion threshold as defined in the sport-specific betting rules.
• The odds were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed error ("palpable error"). In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct market odds.
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns has been identified by regulatory bodies or the platform's own monitoring systems.

Disconnection Policy: In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round or live bet, ab11's system will complete the round using the RNG output already generated at the point of disconnection. The result determined by the system is final. ab11 is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.

Return to Player (RTP): RTP percentages for all games are set by the game providers and are not modified by ab11. Indicative RTP values are available within individual game information panels. RTP is a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee any specific outcome on any individual session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ab11 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances including real-money funds and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification, including fabricated NID numbers, false dates of birth, or names that do not match official government-issued documents.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or having any involvement with more than one ab11 account. This includes using a different device, IP address, email address, or payment method to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Money laundering: Using the ab11 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of crime, or using gaming activity as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds. ab11 cooperates fully with all lawful requests from competent authorities in connection with suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games, or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage. This includes chip-dumping in poker and artificially influencing odds through coordinated betting patterns.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macro software, screen scrapers, or any form of automated decision-making software to play games or place bets on the platform without the express written consent of ab11.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, platform glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile financial service provider after deposits have been credited to your ab11 account and used in gaming activity.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the ab11 platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing your login credentials with a minor.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your ab11 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be forfeited. Once closed, an account cannot be reopened; a new registration is required, subject to full eligibility verification.

Self-Exclusion: If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly recommend using ab11's formal self-exclusion tool rather than a standard account closure. Termination by ab11: ab11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or source-of-funds verification within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the age or eligibility requirements at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a competent authority requiring the account to be restricted or closed.
• Extended account inactivity, defined as no login activity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

In the event of termination due to a player's breach of these Terms, ab11 reserves the right to withhold any account balance — including real-money funds deposited by the player — pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ab11 may forfeit some or all of the account balance in proportion to the losses or costs incurred by the platform as a result of the breach.

Where account termination is initiated by ab11 for reasons other than player misconduct (e.g., a business decision to withdraw services from a specific jurisdiction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days of the termination notice.
